I have visited CITC four times in the past 20yrs for courses and licenses from
Fork lift
White cards and Even first aid.
In my experience I would recommend this training centre to be one of the best.
Every teacher will teach and help guide you through what ever you ticket you need. They treat you with the most upright respect and are all very down to earth and on the same level. I wouldn’t go anywhere else even if it was for free. Thank you to all who have helped me build my experience and portfolio 😊

If you want to loss your money and time then go there. They dont even care of you. The guy who took our classes, the next day he wasnt there. Very strict assessment, almost everyone got failed that day. They dont even care if your failing or what ever.
Best go FQT, i got my licences from there after a month. Very friendly, they will give you enough training and knowledge of forklift. Best

I recommend CITC in Regency Park for all training needs.
I've trained through CITC for high risk licencing, machine licencing and dangerous goods licencing.
The people are friendly, trainers are approachable and knowledgeable and the facilities are good, clean and suitable for the training.

My DG license expired and I needed to do the course again. My companies usual spot, the bloke retired and didn’t have an answer for the next course. So I took matters into my own hands and rung around as I needed it done promptly. Ring CITC who I’ve never heard of before could get me in the next day with a course. 2 spots left. I was so lucky. Done the course and the trainer was very knowledgeable and was very laid back and calm. Would highly recommend 😊

If you are not good at English, I advise you not to study here. The facilities and learning equipment are very good, but my forklift teacher is lacking in dedication. Even though he saw that I couldn't keep up with what he was teaching, he still continued at that pace and lacked proper attention for weaker students. And as a result, I failed my forklift operator license test.

This place is the worst. I attended this facility for my forklift coarse and was apalled by the quality of training that I received. The Instructor who's name was Scott rushed through the power point presentation. Did nor allow any time for the class to take notes. There wasn't any paper provided for notes anyway. Scott was completely indifferent of his students failure success. I guess that had something to do with his eagerness to get to his holiday destination of Bali. I wasn't even given an opportunity to take the test. I was told to come back for another time. When trying to do that I was stone walled by the manager Tony for several weeks after that who refused to take calls or follow up. Eventually due to my refusal of being ignored they squeezed me in for the test which I honestly didn't have a hope in he'll of passing anyway. A waste of time. A waste of days wages and left with the feeling that CTIC just simply don't care. They like to hide behind the Safe Work SA standards however this place has no standards. I just recently attended a new forklift licence coarse at Quality Forklift Training and can happily say my experience there was completely opposite. The quality of training and how they treat their students is so much better compared to CITC. and the results speak for themselves because I passed. I do not recommend this training facility. Go to Forklift Quality Training at Wingfield because they actually care about getting you over the line.
