I called Chris during Christmas as I believed my email had been hacked and fraud being committed from my bank account. Chris calmly reassured me as to what was likely occurring. Via a screenshot and over the phone I was able to restore settings and display which was partially in a foreign language. I was able to block payments from my bank account. Chris gave me further advice on scanning and resetting passwords. Very pleased with his professional service and calm demeanour during a stressful morning. Chris made a very stressful situation very straight forward, he was even able to provide support on the weekend. Sadly my laptop was DOA, but he rescued all my files and helped me choose my next laptop and restored all my files.

Chris was at our place to day 1/10/23 he had a lot of fixing up to do for us nothing was a problem to him. Know all our worries are over from the computer, iPads , phones, and even a wi-fi sender. I highly recommend Chris as he was so helpful and kind.
We had moved up North to the Belmont area and needed to reconnect the PC for some important Tax work to be done urgently. I could not get the monitor to work and had no one I could call as it was after hours...
I like to support local businesses and finally found Chris's number and saw he offered a late night service...
He asked me the relevant questions and then offered a few options and I was SOOOO happy as Boom!! on came the moniter !!!

Highly recommend Chris to troubleshoot any of your computer problems, got me out of a bind where I needed a fix for my computer at short notice (so lucky) and at an ungodly hour, went the extra yard as well to sort a few other problems that were slowing my computer and explained these problems. Good old customer service very hard to find like this.
