Great childcare centre, I’ve been using there services for more than 5 years for my 3 kids till now and never had any problems, best trained Educators, they look after all the children with care and love. You will pick up your kid happy loving to go back again to them.
All the staff are awesome I wouldn’t expect any less from the previous staff till today’s staff they are all very professional.
I will recommend this centre to every parent who really care about their kids.

I have had girls attending here for the last 3 years. The staff are friendly and have a great rapport with the kids - my girls love attending.

The place is clean and looked after well. I've never once been concerned about the security of my children while there. A lot of friendly parents looking out for each other come pickup/drop off time too which definitely helps!

In 3 years of attending we only had one misunderstanding (regarding a late pickup during an after-hours event) that was brought up with the centre manager and was handled promptly and professionally.

Special note:
Had one of my girls have a health scare while onsite last year and the staff could not have been more amazing during what was an incredibly tense and stressful situation for everyone.

Incredibly lucky to have such a facility and amazing educators available in our area.

Staffing turn over and issues were extremely concerning. Staff not knowing which child I was there to pick up, not knowing issues about why my child had been hurt that day, why my child was in different clothes. My child is toilet trained yet I picked her up wearing a nappy and again it was disregarded. When issues were raised I was told oh well here’s a form to leave. No discussion, no meeting to solve the issues I had and most importantly ZERO care !!!! I left immediately and enrolled my child into another centre.
Would not recommend this centre at all.
Thanks Sarah for the reply. Unfortunately you failed to mention that your supervisors solution in dealing with my concerns was to hand me a form to leave the centre. No discussion, no meeting, nothing. Just here’s a form to leave. Extremely unprofessional especially from a senior person at your centre and not how a parents concerns about their child should be handled!!
It’s also extremely concerning that “new” staff members aren’t following your “procedures” in handing children over to unknown parents since they aren’t familiar with who the child belongs to, may I suggest only staff who actually know the childs parents be able to hand a child over. Another issue that should be followed up by the board I believe, extremely concerning!
Not to mention the amount of times a trainee / not fully qualified staff member has also been left in charge in multiple rooms to care for more than the allowed 4 children per staff member ratio.
This was noted on too many occasions when my child was enrolled in the centre.
I could go on and on about these issues and this battle would go for ever but I can clearly see when I was there it went in deaf ears and the response you have had to my review also showed a lack of care.
I can also see how many other people have left negative reviews about the same thing. Very concerning I would say for people who still currently have their children there in the centre.

My son loves going to to this day care centre. The teachers are all very nice and always happy. The owners always has time to talk with my son when he leaves the centre and she always makes time to talk with my 9 year old daughter asking her about her day at school. We have no bad comments about the centre or the teachers keeps up the good work xx ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I couldn't agree more with my fellow 5 star commenter's that this centre and it's staff are just wonderful, kind hearted and experienced and be one of the best centre my 2 kids and grand daughter has been to after experiencing far worse. For all you nasties that have targeted personal hate towards the centre because of your unresolved, unrealistic problems please grow up and resolve your problems in a private manner like grown ups as I'm sure the owner of the centre would deal with your matters in a professional and caring manner.

Don't send your kids here... not a friendly group of people... Dark, dirty toys... cant say about other sections of the facility but is applicable to kids under 2... had to go to another facility...

Well, didn't want to point this out but since owner has brought up the illness so I'll have to write the full story here.

My kid went in but probably developed some flue and we were told to not send her there. Fair enough.. we kept her home for 4 days, she was fine. We kept her home for another 3 days just for safety of the other kids at center. After that we went to GP, got her checked got the clearance certificate and submitted it while dropping her off.

There were two ladies at that time, one took the bag and went in to put her lunch in the fridge. Other one told me to sign in.

Up till this point everything was fine and no issues. Problem starts when I handover the bub over (who btw was about 14 months'ish), she starts to cry as kids would. And the tab they gave me was not working. During this time one staff member keeps standing, looking at the crying kid and does nothing about it. I told them tab is not working, i kept trying.. all this time bub is crying her lungs out and no body attends to her. . after good 3-4 minutes, i looked at her she had gone pale and lips turning blue.. while staff member keeps looking at this without intervening, finally, i picked her back up... by that time she was so under stress that she threw up.. at that time that staff member who was looking at all this and did fk all about it, had the audacity to say, ooo she is still sick.. That was the moment we decided not to continue here. We had issues with the atmosphere in there before as well, but since it is super close to our house we kept quiet.

I took my bub home, she was fine, no sickness after that. It was the stress that triggered the vomit.. but they would not know that...

Hence, if this is how they are treating a 14month old infront of my eyes.. its not hard to imagine what would be happening in our absence.. and considering their age they can't even tell us that.

So guys, if your kid can give you feed back.. please by all means use the service, but if your kid is young very young don't use them.. Again, i am saying this based on my personal experience..

Fantastic Child Care Centre. My son has attended since a very young age and will be leaving end of year regretfully due to us moving suburbs. All staff provide an impeccable service. My son has thrived both socially and academically during his time at the Centre and we are so sad to leave. Highly recommend.
