Chi is an amazing instructor and such a kind person! I was an older learner at 35 and he was so enthusiastic and encouraging. He had no doubt that I could pass my test and now I have! He uses a whiteboard to show scenarios to you and I found this very helpful. He also has many tips and tricks for manoeuvres and driving in general. Chi is an experienced, knowledgeable and all round fantastic instructor.

I have a full overseas license though limited experience in driving so did not feel confident. Chi took the time to gauge how my driving was, provided very clear and structured guidance that helped me understand areas which I was unsure of or feared (e.g. merging lane and deciphering the logic when looking at the rearview mirror), answered all questions and provided encouragement. He was always patient with his explanations/demos and made me feel comfortable.

When asking about his lessons or organising a meet up, the communication was clear, Chi was responsive and always on time (early).

I ended up taking the test after 2 lessons and cleared on the first go. Whilst I do have a car and did practice outside of the lessons with Chi, his help was invaluable and I would not have passed otherwise. The 2nd session focused on getting familiar with the test route and what to look out for and the marking structure - all of which were very helpful.
