I studied at this school for four months. I was able to learn medical English and the depth of being an assistant nurse that I couldn't learn at other language schools.
Jinky was the best teacher, he had a great sense of humor and taught me passionately about what I need to value as an assistant nurse.
Dwayne who is also best teacher gave me the opportunity to think deeply about not only medical English but also my personality. He always treated us with sincerity and dealt with each of us. I'm glad I was able to study at this school. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much, Charter Australia. I took both the Certificate III in Individual Support and Medical English classes. The courses were meaningful and wonderful. All the teachers were practical and passionate, and I felt their enthusiasm every second. I enjoyed their classes and appreciated their personalities as well. Additionally, the other staff members were great. They provided us with opportunities to gain new perspectives, such as seeing and learning from graduated students. I am happy to have attended Charter Australia.

I have been studying for the past four months.
During the aged care course, I was taught by wonderful teacher who always put the clients first.
This inspired me to become a carer just like them.
I also took an English course, which I am very glad I did.
Not only did I I learn medical English, but I was also given many opportunities to practice speaking .
Thanks to my amazing teacher Jinky and Dwayne, I was able to learn many other important things.

I can’t thank Charter Australia enough. I completed a Certificate III in Individual Support and Medical English classes there. My Individual Support teacher, Jinky, not only taught us about care but also emphasized the importance of person-centered care. Jinky always made us smile and gave us confidence. I’m really grateful for Jinky’s support.
My Medical English teacher, Dwayne, was also a great and knowledgeable teacher. He didn’t just focus on English but also on various cultures, always respecting our opinions. Thanks to him, I gained confidence as an individual.
I’m so glad I chose this school.

I was very hesitant to start studying after my absolute nightmare that was year 12, but I don't think I've ever met a more welcoming and kind group of people. My teacher Jinky made the classes especially enjoyable with their enthusiasm, kindness and attention to detail. Unlike a lot of my high school teachers Jinky gave a crap about what they were teaching which I appreciate so much. We need more teachers like Jinky

I was introduced to the Individual Support 3 course at Charter Australia by a former student. The student support team impressed me with their quick response to queries, and after enrolling, the course information was timely and clear. Haruna and Charlotte provided very attentive assistance. The trainers were very professional, making it easy for students to grasp professional knowledge. Sarah, Jean, and Grace have extensive experience with students whose first language is not English, making it easy for everyone to engage and gain valuable knowledge, ready to contribute to society at any time. I wish I had enrolled in Charter Australia's courses earlier.

A special mention goes to the outstanding First Aid trainer, Jinky! She effectively delivered all the key information while keeping the class engaged and entertained. She breaks down concepts step-by-step using clear and concise language that everyone can understand. Her sense of humor is exceptional!
