Amazing online systems and awesome supports.
I love that the library sends books to students on request with free return shipping.
Studiosity is fantastic, as well as the other available and widely known about academic help, library help and other options.

Most CSU staff are fantastic.
There are so many iniatives to make student life better and so many supports -academic skills, study skills, library, mobility and indigenous support, clubs running things like the share the dignity machine and free pizza. As an online student it's nice to come and occasionally use the things but for the most part I don't have the opportunities and am still required to pay student amenities fees.
Lovely campus with plenty of space.
Good range of courses on offer.
Everyone is only too happy to help.

This campus seems to have it all. Great learning environment, Dentistry facility quite modern (we are lucky).
I especially like the steep hill, even when I don't have the time for fitness, CSU has me covered.

After doing many other course and certification through other organisations attempted to do one with this uni, and to my great surprise found there is no consistency between the lectures, tutoring staff or marking staff.
If one specifies you are correct the next will mark you wrong and so on.
Common sense between them all is nonexistent asking basic question are met with I think so which’s infers to most students that they do not know the answer and they are teaching the future young people.

Charles Sturt is the worst University experience in Australia. I was studying a postgraduate teaching course and ran into subject coordinators with no help. They were ignorant and refused to help in any way via email. They also discouraged me from contesting assignment marks and threatened a lower score if I did apply for a review of their marking. It came to the point where I didn't even hand in the final assignments for final semester because I was so discontent and angry with the Masters of Teaching coordinators, lecturers etc. Their online portal is also abysmal compared to other Australian Uni's.

When I first arrived at the Charles Sturt University campus, the whiskers on my sideburns bristled with excitement. Finally, a place that could foster my conservative ideology and not give two bothers about silly inner city customs! Fortunately, I was not disappointed. The local branch of the Church of the Southern Cross welcomed me with open arms and even gave me my complimentary hood! I feel #blessed to have been accepted into this university and into this community. Viva la Wagga!

Unbelievably unhelpful staff that refused to help me with my semester abroad. They made me translate a 50 page script and after handing it in did not answer my e-mail anymore. The contact which at first has been very friendly just cut off.
I never experienced anything like this with any other university in Australia.
Also unorganized information and obviously contradictory info on the webpage and given to me from staff members.
I was really upset I could not do my semester abroad with them because of lack of certain competences and organization.
