Chapel Hill is an amazing, beautiful place to have a wedding. Not only is the place stunning with incredible views, the staff are absolutely wonderful. We had the pleasure of having the team here host our wedding and we could not be more grateful for their input, involvement and assistance from start to finish. Rebecca, Rebekah and Diane are amazing and made everything so easy. Even though the windy weather gave us last minute changes on the day, the team at Chapel Hill did not hesitate to adjust our needs. Our guests loved the beauty of Chapel Hill and enjoyed the incredibly delicious food.
Our night was perfect and we loved everything about Chapel Hill. From getting ready on site, our beautiful archway at the ceremony, the wonderful views in our superb photos, the wonderful night of great food and drinks, to the gorgeous honeymoon suite where we spent the night.
Thank you Chapel Hill for helping us make our special day even more magical.

Chapel Hill Retreat is an amazing wedding venue. I had my wedding there in December and I couldn’t recommend it enough! Location is absolutely stunning, staff are incredible. There are so many beautiful locations to choose from for your ceremony and photo ops. I had so many compliments on how beautiful and convenient the venue and accommodation is.

I had an incredible experience at Chapel Hill Retreat for my wedding. The beautiful gardens and mountain views created a magical atmosphere. Despite this the best part was the staff! The staff were exceptional not only on the day but throughout the whole process! They were so easy to contact and beautiful to deal with! I cannot thank them enough! They catered to all our changes and nothing seemed an inconvenience for them! They ensured everything ran smoothly, and the catering was phenomenal—our guests loved the delicious food and all went home well fed! Chapel Hill Retreat is truly amazing! It’s hands down the best venue we’ve ever visited, beautiful location, very spacious area, so serene….with everything in one place—both the ceremony and reception. Our guests didn’t have to travel far between events, and the on-site accommodations made it super convenient for them to stay overnight after the celebration. They also have honeymoon suite by the lake which we really enjoyed! The whole process was seamless, and the vendors were incredibly responsive, making everything stress-free for me. I actually enjoyed working with them, as they coordinated so well and were familiar with the reception setup. Highly recommend it for elopements, small, or large weddings! The Chapel Hill team have gone above and beyond since our first meet and greet you tailored a wedding package to suit our needs all whilst trying to be respectful of our budget your entire team has exceptional customer service always assisting with any enquiries we had in the build up to the wedding. The whole process was smooth and we knew we had chosen the right venue the minute we had our first tour.

On the day your team ensured we adhered to our planned timelines and with the unexpected cold and wet weather you assisted my daughter with carrying her dress as she walked to the ceremony so it didn’t get wet and assisted with cars when the bridal party got caught in the rain during a photo shoot you kept us warm and dry on this special occasion. Your wet weather options are equally as beautiful as your outdoor ceremony sites.

The food was perfectly delicious and we received feedback from our guests that it was the best food they’ve had at a wedding.

Having the option to get ready onsite and use the accommodation allowed our family and friends to feel more relaxed leading into the big day and helped them to enjoy the party knowing they were in walking distance from their bed after the celebrations

We opted for the buffet breakfast the morning after the wedding and again the food was exceptional and it was a brilliant way to end our special occasion with all our family and friends who stayed on site

I cannot thank your team enough each of you remained friendly and professional allowing us to enjoy the magic of the day/night

We just had our wedding at Chapel Hill retreat three days ago and the experience was exceptional. Diane and Rebekah has provided professional wedding service and being such a nice wedding planner for us! The venue is so beautiful and you have so many different choices. Also very nice for wet plan at the deck( where we had our wedding) Definitely recommend everyone to go and have a look for your dream wedding!
