I went to the League's Club yesterday, after not having been there for many years. I was pleasantly surprised at all the renovations that had taken place, and how everything was spaced out, presented nicely and how polite and welcoming all the staff were.

We enjoyed lunch of Lamb cutlets with chips and salad, and the Lasagne with salad and were so amazed at the service, and the food! Absolutely perfect! We're definitely coming back! 😁

Unfortunately I ate my pork knuckle before starting this review. That said, I think you can see how well it was enjoyed! A massive portion well cooked and at a great price.
Highly recommended as a place to relax with friends and get a great meal.

Liz our server was great. Bubbly but did need an extra person. We ordered the pancakes and the breakfast hash starch. Both meals were only warm and the hash were too dry to eat. I showed Liz how dry they were. Food was tasty and we will come back.

Haven’t been here for the beat part of 2 decades.
Food options looked very diverse.

Dinner ordered the 1kg mussels and the chilli prawn pasta.

The mussels looked very impressive - with 4 pieces of bread to soak up the sauce- word of advise- do NOT soak up the sauce. It is literally tasting salt and water- not a happy camper….. so thirsty now.

On a positive note- the pasta was delicious (thankfully)

Still drinking water post dinner. Let down. Mussels sauce maybe should be with garlic cream, not from the pot of salty mussels alone………

I had an excellent lunch here! The kids’ fish and chips were a generous serving, and the beef salad was fresh and flavorful. The pepperoni and hot honey pizza was absolutely delicious. Liz, our server, was so lovely and super interactive with the kids, which made the experience even better. The food came out quickly and was piping hot. Highly recommend

I am vegetarian and the vegetable plate I had was one of the best ever! Delicious, cooked just right! Thanks Chef! And Liz (on the till) was cheerful, helpful and pleasant. The young man who was clearing the table was thoughtful - suggesting a container for the food I was too full to eat. Great staff!
