If I could give them 0 I would!
I had my 2 1/2 year old daughter enrolled with cca who put me on to Jennifer's family day care at Epping. This was the worst experience myself and my little girl had and I regret using them.
Jennifer expected my little girl to be fully toilet trained. One day I picked her up early and she apparently had an accident. Jennifer had no idea that I was there when I walked in. My little girl was cowering on the toilet crying her eyes out with Jennifer yelling at her to wipe herself up, she was 2 1/2!! I was shocked, why wouldn’t you just help her. I was so angry listening to her. I walked in and she was shocked to see me there. I totally ignored Jennifer because if I looked at her I would have lost my temper in front of my daughter so I picked my little girl up and just left. I have never been so upset in my life to see my little girl so scared of Jennifer. Now I understand why she never wanted to go to her house, I don't know how long she was treating my daughter like this but I will never let it happen again. Because of this my daughter took longer to toilet train as she was so scared of the toilet after that.
I put in a complaint about Jennifer but who knows if anything gone done about it.
I'm writing this to warn others about Jennifer's family day care in Epping as I never want this to happen to someone else
