Expansive beach. Lots of kangaroos chilling in the car park. Looks like it would be a nice spot for camping. Walk down the hill to the beach and you can climb on the rocks. Very nice and beautiful.

It’s really cool beach. Open wide and inside cave is awesome. You could take great shadow effect photos from inside overlooking the beach view. Autumn and spring could be the best time to visit the beach. If you are planning to come here from Sydney or nearby areas, no other options than driving. From the entrance to the Jervis Bay National Park you might have to pay a fee and there are good arrangements for camping. However, you have to do online reservations only for camping.

One less star in the review is mainly due to lack of enough car parks and beach accessibility issues. The lookup point was under construction when we visited. Accessing the beach is rather difficult, even more while going back up. Beach itself was pristine and beautiful with clear waters. Easy to find a spot with shade.

Awesome beach, short 5 minute walk from carpark past a camping ground with very tame kangaroos…to the point that you can pat them, which the kids loved!! Big wide open beach with plenty of room to spread out. Facing open ocean (not bay) so plenty of decent sized waves.

$13 Entry fee - Beautiful beach and camping ground. Kangaroos all around. Turquoise blue waters. On a sunny windy day it's awesome to go surfing. The cave in the beach is not a complete walk from one end to the other from the inside the the other caves Beach in central coast.

The whole area of Cave Beach in Booderee NP was stunning. A short walk down from the car park led to the camping ground. Wallabies and kangaroo were grazing in the area and were unconcerned by humans. Ryans swamp was also very interesting with lots of wildlife around it. The area gets busy I expect but get there on a sunny, quiet day and it is heavenly.
