To my own fault I arrived late by accident that I had it in my head it started at 930am not 9:00am. Got to the premises and there was only one person and an instructor that had already started. She said your a bit late, which I replied ‘no I’m not’ and she said it’s a 9am start. I asked what were my options then? She said I had to pay and rebook all over again. She then went on to say the course only goes for 15-30 mins which is unheard of for a CPR course I think and that she couldn’t fit me in at all for the 15mins because she had another course to teach after. I just think that if you were only allowed two people at a time in the course that a courtesy call wouldn’t go astray to see if they are still meaning to attend. Or be given some other options at the least.

What I loved most were the interactive sessions. It was a great way to connect with other participants to interact and plenty of practical—it felt more like a friendly conversation than a lecture.
