My son is 2 and has been at Cardiff ELC for a year now, I have found all of the staff to be so lovely and caring to him. He has made strong connections with the educators and I can tell that he is excited to see them. They do fun activities every day and he has a great time! The centre has also been really good with my son’s extra medical needs and I feel confident that they are on top of his medication schedule. I’m really happy that I found this daycare!

My baby attends the nursery at Cardiff ELC. I can see when he's dropped off that he's calm and content. His carers are wonderful and have done such a good job at settling him into daycare! I love that his room is for 0-12 month olds. The setting and toys are very targeted to what babies need.

Our eldest son has been attending Cardiff ELC since the first day of its opening in 2017 when he was 9 months old and he is now 3. He just loves it! He has developed such lovely friendships through the centre and is always excited to “go to school”. Our youngest has recently also started and is also very content. The staff are very caring, friendly and approachable and treat each child individually. We love receiving daily updates through Storypark with descriptions and photos of our kids daily activities. The centre is well designed, the food is nutritious, the learning is specific and the play is fun. We are very grateful for the care shown by the team at Cardiff ELC, they are always striving to offer the best quality service and we have such a peace of mind dropping our kids off each day.

Absolutely amazing centre with staff who genuinely care for your child. There is consistency with staff on who is there during drop-off each morning which makes the whole process so smooth with minimal tears.

Absolutely the best DayCare Centre !
They provide nothing but love and bright smiles, the ladies are all lovely and my daughter is in awe of them all.
I love the fact that they treat the children as if they were their own, my daughter cries when it’s home time because she doesn’t want to leave.
They provide the utt most respect, and I’m so glad I chose Cardiff ELC

Absolutely gross centre.
Hand prints all over the windows after a weekend!
Visible dirt, everywhere. Food chunks on the floor.
Dust and grime.
My ex partner will be withdrawing our child today and hope that noone sends their children here

Amazing and friendly centre!!! I have full confidence and trust leaving my precious son in their care!!! They have proven that they have my son's best interests at heart and for that I am very thankful!!! Highly recommend!!!

Very friendly staff, but unfortunately they give out false information to get you to sign up, I was lied to and they would not admit when they are wrong.
