The quality of service has been declining day by day. The team lacks the capacity to provide children with meaningful care and a fun environment. Since Julia and her team left, it has become a disaster. My child mentioned that they are now banned from many activities at the service. As a parent, I am unhappy with the rude and unprofessional behavior of the educators, who never engage with parents. I hope they make some changes to create a more enjoyable environment for the children, in line with Australian standards.
