New C3 location and the gym is amazing. Equipment brand new, clean space and great music! Strength classes focus on technique and progressions weekly. The condition/energy classes get your heart rate up

Best gym and community!! Classes range to work your whole body and definitely makes you sweat and I always leave feeling like I have worked hard and feel good for it. Would also like to Thank Coach Tee, she’s always pushing me and supporting me at all times! Would 1000% recommend this gym.

Tee is a one of a kind coach! She makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk into the door. Thank you so much for pushing me through my training so far! I truely would not have been able to get through exercises if I didn’t have you there pushing me on (especially on that ski erg ?)!! Also, great laughs & dance breaks during the sessions ?
