I have been taking my son here for about 6 years and we love it! Better than the place we tried before. The staff and owner here were extremely rude and I would never go back there again. A request was sent to the business about coming to the stables, but apparently 'there was no email sent.' That meant, after a 7km bike ride to get to the stables, she turned me and 6 others away. The owner was very rude and obnoxious towards the children and adults. I would definitely not recommend this place at all.

Byalee Stables is by far the worst place I have ever been. The owners are extremely rude, and abusive and I do not recommend whatsoever. They run things very unfairly and the business should be shut down. I have heard nothing but bad things from this place of many people and now I agree with everything said.
