They bully parents they do not care for the children they spend more time talking than caring and they don't change nappies in an eight hour period I am freaking disgusted in the state of my grandson coming home from this daycare he is terrified to go there he is never looked after his nappies are not changed and because his mother is a young single mother they treat her like absolute crap worst daycare and I am doing everything to get a shut down. I do have photos but I'm not posting my grandson online.

I have had all of my children attend Busy Bees Campbelltown over the years, with 2 now attending primary school. The service was nothing short of amazing for them.

My younger son and daughter attended Busy Bees as well, and about 2 years ago, I pulled them out to attend an 'exceeding' centre with amazing google reviews. That was a big mistake! The reviews were nothing like the centre itself and my children were miserable.

My son and daughter have since returned to Busy Bees at Campbelltown, with management working wonders to accomodate us for the days we required. Both my son and daughter are thriving and love attending everyday. The educators have been amazing, building genuine, caring bonds with my children. Everyday my children are welcomed with loving, open arms, and are engaged in exciting and educational experiences, and have their interests supported.

Changing daycares to Busy Bees was hands down one of the best decisions our family made. After having continuous issues at a previous service we have found the Staff at Busy Bees to be FANTASTIC. They go above and beyond for the children and treat them all as their own. Starting at the centre was made so much easier and the transition smooth with how the staff made us all feel and since then it has only grown. I could not recommend Busy Bees high enough for the level of care, compassion, commitment and respect they bring to the area.

Sorry to say, but the experience at Busy Bees was quite woeful.

My kid got covid while at the childcare center. We received an email in the lead-up that two people at the center already got covid. We all got covid. We took our kid out for two weeks to recover. We were still charged full fee for those two weeks, basically to pay Busy Bees for giving our whole family covid.

We moved home, and found a childcare that is closer, so we decided to put in our two weeks notice. My kid only goes one day a week. Management quibbled about how two weeks is two weeks and one day, because the day we submitted our two week notice is counted as "day zero".

We pay full fare, no childcare concession from the government. We got slugged for the queen's holiday when she passed, which was one of the two weeks. The new childcare emailed us to state that they will not charge for cancellations on that day. It made the decision to move childcare providers much easier.

The childcare workers were exceptional. However, my kid always told us another kid was tricky and picked on him. In the new childcare my kid was happy and made friends. In the old childcare, my kid always went there crying, and came out crying. My kid was bullied but none of the childcare workers talked to me about this, only my kid.

When I first came to enrol him, lots of kids were running around, crying, some were hitting. I figured this is just normal childcare, it is my first kid, so I didn't know what was expected. Going to the second childcare, I know now that it was run very badly, childcare workers were worked too hard, etc.

No real updates with regards to weekly photos of child progress either. There was a three month stretch where I literally got no feedback, other than my kid crying to me.

The invoices / statements you receive are also worthless. I received a statement with $0 dollars, only to be charged another week. When I asked why, I was told that the statement shows what WILL be taken out in a few days. Statements are supposed to show what HAS been paid by the customer, not a forecast. Why send a statement via email to indicate what you hope will be paid? It is so backwards.

You do expect at least for your kid to feel safe in that environment. You do pay money for your kids to be looked after, and not just for management to use you as a cash cow.

I have had both of my children attend this service. I have been impressed by the care they provide my little ones. The educators are very understanding when I have had any concerns and tend to my little ones with lots of warmth and care whilst I'm not there giving me reassurance and comfort. I can't recommend this service highly enough.

This Centre has the best baby-room-staff I have ever come across in the last 6 years. They are so caring and loving, and attend to my baby’s needs sincerely.
And they are open from 6.30am to 6.30pm which was really convenient for me.

My sister-in-law said that the teachers blatantly disregarded concerns of bullying at this centre and told her son was "naughty" for reporting. To the degree, that now she has completely removed her child from this centre. Unacceptable.
