On the 25th of May 2024 on a school bus
At 3:20-4:30 the bus driver was rude, disrespectful and driving while talking to a student standing up. He was doing 5km in a 60km zone, holding up traffic while speaking to the student. He speeds in certain areas and we have caught him doing 10km over multiple times before. He pulls over for unnecessary reasons and yells at kids for getting on the bus later instead of catching it at the school. He yells at us saying it’s our fault that he slammed on the breaks when we clearly can’t control that. He doesn’t follow the road rules and nearly hit someone when they were doing construction on the road. When he slams on the breaks the kids off the back sits fall off.

I catch the 676 bus to then catch a train to school, but the bus is always a few minutes late and we almost never make it on time for the train. I am in year 11 going to year 12, and I cannot afford to be late as it builds up and affects my attendance, therefore, affecting how well I do in school.

There is a major attitude problem with these people. Tone your drivers down. They do not own the bus stops and parking areas. Work with people.

when are you going to get drivers that know school bus number 5002 route did not show early in the week and to day it miss our street and had to come back for the kids .this company is the worst that i see in 20 years
company before never missed a day and knew the right route pick up your game
