As someone who has anxiety, especially around training, , I can hand on my heart totally recommend these guys!! I had John as my trainer and not once did I feel like any question was too silly. John seems very passionate about what he does and as a result, delivers the course in a way that is both engaging and educational.

Amazing information. I've done several first aid cpr and the trainer could give real life scenarios which were really interesting. I also suffer from anxiety and the people were all so very supportive.
