Customer service here is about as helpful as a rock on a rainy day! If you do stumble upon staff, you’ll likely feel like you just crashed their party. So, grab your map and compass, because navigating this maze solo is the best way to avoid the headache! 1 extra star for having things I wanted in stock.

Older staff at the Nursery are unfriendly and not flexible at all. I called up to check whether there was stock and was met with a rude and unprofessional tone. I came in store to purchase turf and could not fit all of it in. It was purchased already so I asked them to leave and come back to pickup within 10mins (please note that the turf had not yet left the pallet yet so it would not have disturbed them at all) but I was met once again with a rude tone and no flexibility to my situation.

Came in on Friday evening with 5 mins left for store to close, wasn’t expecting much assistance but bumped into dusa who went out of her way to help me with all my enquires. Great customer service!!

My favourite place of all but only Monday to Friday.
Weekends have junior staff on but are not as willing to assist with an enquiry.
Maybe if the girls cut back their long talons they would be able to use the registers more efficiently.
Michael is the best as he will assist in any aisle.

Staff are unapproachable and unfriendly!

Can never assist with what you need, even specifying they do not sell what is on their own website , at times looking at you like you are crazy.

Well, I hunted down the product on my own in your store several times! Get to know what you sell please and while you’re at it SMILE! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Friendly staff, has evetything also has a trade centre and mc donalds next door. Also a recycling centre to drop your cans off next door.

Still great, everything the same. Good customer service and a wide range of products and a dedicated trade area.

Items seem to be spread through the store, however not one staff member I asked could tell me or even direct to correct location.

Nice and friendly staff. Huge variety of hard ware, house hold. Plumbing, kitchen, timber, tile, plants and outdoor products. Always something on special price or discount. Large area to look around. Need more staff to serve and help to find the product.
