This is the most untidy Bunnings I have been to in my 19 years of shopping at the chain. Heaps of small gravel stones and cement dust spread out in the trade pickup atea; shopping trolleys galore spread all around the store, and I had to make a long, sincere effort to find an empty, flatbed trolley to load my long timbers. An ongoing shortage of staff apparently, so pay above award. At least Marc S lifted the rating up from zero to save the team.

Great and fresh food in the town
Hundred percent beef patty my own pate and chicken burgers only tenderloins Grill one use it . and delicious charcoal chicken with the rice and salad orChips.🍔🍟🍗

Paid online for a product to pick up(jump starter). Took ages to find product available ,had too choose a store far away without car. They took my money and then email sent says order cancelled due to issues. Now I have no money to buy another jump starter . Have to wait 7 days for refund. Mean while my cars off road as I have no money to buy another jump starter . Do not believe this company . Happy to take your money then sell product to someone in store . I bought last one then they sold it too someone else. I will be seeking legal action to recover any costs incurred.

Daniel (brown hair young guy ) who was helping us at the garden area is very friendly and professional. It was pouring down 🌧️ and there is no Cover there. He ended up wet but still went above and beyond to provide his service. Appreciated. .

Very nice and friendly staff. In half an hour or so 3 to 4 different staff asked us in case we need any help. Huge hardware store with ample to variety for all hardware related necessity. Their return policy is also very flexible as we had to return the product we got but no hassle in refund.

Went to Bunnings Smithfield and grabbed 6 bags of cement to hard up. Had to go all the way to no mans land at aisle one and back to civilization to dodge the kids doing Mario Kart with the kids trolley and waited for the two love birds at the counter to finish their story before one of them finally rung me up. The door lady told me I was jacked up with a heavy load and had to use the elevator which was great as I never noticed they had one. And finally load my car up at the enormous car park for someone to park right next to me even though there was soo much spaces they could of picked. Just another day at Bunnings Smithfield.

I have been to many Bunnings stores at different locations. This one was the worst. The randomly placed and unattended boxes blocked the path of the trolley. Many of the employees were socialising and one of them was using a box as a musical intrument! The girl at the tools section was rude. Poor culture in general...
