Absolutely incredible architecture at Bunnings Pymble. Very average customer service on multiple trips there; quite an anomaly for usual Bunnings customer service. Nonetheless, it's easily the biggest Bunnings I have ever been in with a wide range of plants, equipment, tools, and furnishing; along with everything else one might expect at Bunnings. Recommended for general purpose hardware house needs.

I had been trying to purchase an item that was out of stock locally and initially Pymble 'appeared' to ha e it in stock a d as I was going to be driving past, I ordered a 'Click & Collect', only to discover they too were Out of Stock.
Speaking to them via phone, they were extremely apologetic & quickly suggested & organized free delivery to my ho.e, from a store that had the items in stock.
All in all, great service & the items arrived promptly.

It's Bunnings, how different can it be? They have everything that you might need but finding it can be a problem. Finding a staff member for help, or guidance, is also problematic at times. The Bunnings app is deathly slow and not always up to date. The "no aisle information" rejoinder can be tedious.
All that being said, my visits are usually successful and the staff at Pymble are friendly and helpful.

I want to compliment Drew in the Pymble store. He postponed his afternoon tea break to help me to pot and add potting mix to a couple of small cuttings that I had. Money will not buy this service. Thanks Drew. And what a huge store!

A religious hardware experience, praise the hardware Gods, finally there is a full size all bells & whistles Bunnings on the upper north shore. This huge multi flood Bunnings is on the old 3M office tower site and if your not familiar with this area of Sydney you may struggle to understand how to get to the entrance of this store. It’s a location that only allows limited entries. If you miss a turn getting back to another opportunity to enter requires some lengthy turn around via some of Sydney’s busiest roads. So my huge warning is do your homework before attempting to go here.
This Bunnings reminds me of the Castle Hill Bunnings and when compared to the ratty small awkward ThornLeigh Bunnings you will never go to that store again. This Pymble Bunnings has a huge carpark, huge lifts between floors, a stock selection that will blow your mind, large garden & plant area a small cafe upstairs hidden away in a corner with a children playground in the same area.
On my visit when going out to pay by the ‘self service’ area a previous customer had taken advantage of the loose security of exiting customers. Sadly I see lots of this going on at Bunnings especially during the face mask wearing pandemic times. With these huge Bunnings the staff are spread very thin and trying to find some assistance or info can be tricky Vs the smaller stores.
Anyway this style of BIG hardware shopping experience is 30 years late in this area of Sydney. Let’s just be happy it’s finally here. Thank you Hardware Gods.

After opening the box containing the kitchen cabinet, unpacking the components, finding I had ordered the wrong size & after repeated efforts to find studs behind the gyprock failed, I returned the Special Order to Bunnings Pymble. Part of the box was damaged, as I had used it as a template, but the contents were unused, as new. I was relieved & impressed by the level of customer service.

I’m just going to say the cafe here is nice and reasonable price. Good to sit here and enjoy a coffee while waiting for a key cut or other services .
