Zero product knowledge and location within the store. Unable to obtain any advice. Had to visit 4 stores to obtain the products I needed. Compare prices with competitors and also Marketplace as people buy incorrect item and can’t return them.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Wayne (from the Tools department) who really helped me out today. I’m about to embark my very first DIY and had to get small pieces for my project and absolutely had no idea what to get and where in the shop it would be. For someone like me, it is absolutely intimidating to go to an area in the store where most people are from their trade and they know what to get and where to go. I didn’t particularly want to come across as dumb with no clue so I was apprehensive to ask for help. Wayne took charge immediately - and asked me all the questions for my project. He even explained to me why a particular part was better than others. This project although small is something I’m very passionate about, so now that I have the tools to make it, I’m very happy to complete and start my new dream. Thank you so much for your help and patience Wayne.

How many people does it take to look at ring cameras for a customer? 6 apparently. Such a waste of labour, all standing around having gossips with each other- no its nothing to do with their job, they speak loud enough to know. Takes 20 minutes to check out. Order a click and collect so it's quicker? Nope, just as long.

My partner and I were just at the paint section dealing with Rhys and couldn't believe how friendly and helpful he was. He mentioned he was only 18 and had been there only 3 months but you wouldn't think it ! He not only gave us such insight to the pros and cons of each paint brand, but also showed such interest and care about us/our day. Rhys is a keeper and a real genuine character, we need more Rhys' in customer service. My girlfriend even said to me as we walked out "that's someone I would love to have lunch with".

I would like to commend a staff member by the name of Cody. Mc Graths Hill store. Who served me last Friday. He was not only very polite but extremely helpful. He offered suggestions to assist the repair
I needed to do. He assisted me in finding all the items I needed and one I hadn't thought of. I would be very happy to employ him myself.

Loaded the new Bunnings App and now I can locate everything I need in the store as it tells the exact location of your item. Good place to grab a morning coffee and ham and cheese croissant also.

It’s not good when an elderly gentleman enters the store for a 8.5 kg gas bottle and has to take the keys get it out take it to the car then take the keys back. Just not right. Why bother locking them any way

Visiter this McGraths Hill store in the end after driving around other stores.

Goods at this Burnings look more organized, clean, neat, and easily found than other stores where stocks were difficult to be found by even staffs.

Also staffs are pretty professional and friendly.

Definitely recommended!
