I would like to express my dissatisfaction with an experience I had at South Kempsey store on 21/01/25. At 17:33 ( front cash registers ) I purchased six sandbags, and when staff ( skinny female with glasses ) at registers put my payment through the EFTPOS machine, an error appeared. When I politely asked if I could try again, she responded in a condescending manner, saying, "If you wait, I can do it again." I found her attitude quite rude and unprofessional. Customer service should be handled with patience and respect, and I believe that if someone isn't in the mood to work, it might be better for them to take a day off !!!

Huge Bunnings with a fantastic range. Even has a little cafe area and restrooms near the nursery section. The staff are very helpful, when I've had issues they've always been wonderful in resolving them. Quite a large parking area too, never had any issues finding a park.

I drove from Coffs Harbour to Kempsey Bunnings today to pick up something I couldn’t get in Coffs. When I got to Kempsey I was greeted by the most wonderful staff I have ever meet at a Bunnings. They helped me beyond what they had too and I am so greatful. Thank you 🙏🏼

It is a good place of parking nice furniture and nice staff and nice place to go to get something to eat and a drink and a place to for kids to go and play in the park and good place to go and drive your car in the drive in to get some wood and a good place to get some plants and some tools

Great customer service 2 x click and collect the service was exceptional. The ladies organised a 2 person lift into my boot for a heavy item making life easy. Thank you ladies go girl power.
