Rural museum was very nice. It took over 2 hours to walk the whole thing. So many things to see. Id recommend 3 hours for the whole thing thoroughly. Lots of stuff the turn of the century. Toilets on the way. Id recommend taking a snack or two a picnic on the way. Our favourites were the ambulances and fire trucks. also the fossils, stones and shells were all pretty special too!!! Oh watch out for the crocodile he seems very scared!!!!

Very impressive amount of antiques and vehicles. Wonderful that everything is labelled and well set out. A lot of love has gone into this place! Definitely a history lesson for the young and maybe not so young. Certainly worth the small entry fee.

Visited this museum during a 2500 kilometre road trip from Melbourne. We were pressed for time, but still made the most of it. There is just so much to see and you definitely need at least a couple of hours to explore it all. Was pleasantly surprised to see a Victorian ambulance there as well. This place is a testament to all the products we used to make in this country, but sadly no longer do. Worth a visit!

A Family trip to Temora ambulance museum was to say the least one of the best experiences our family have had the pleasure of doing and having Bill give us a guided tour and sharing his endless knowledge on Ambulances and the service was outstanding .All of the people involved in the function of this museum and surrounds should take a bow job well done . Be assured we will be back to visit your other attractions soon as we run out of time getting side tracked by your hospitality and friendliness of your community what a fantastic town you clearly are proud of i think you set the bench mark for others to follow see you soon George Redding and family LITHGOW.. Our trip was on the 16th and 17th of November for the purpose of taking our 97 year old ex LITHGOW Ambulance Officer to donate some of his things to the museum which we will be bringing the remainder next trip THANKS again for a great time
