Very helpful staff - Gavin (top bloke - very kind and helpful) and Kirsten went above and beyond to help our family want to come back for such incredible hospitality and friendly service. We sincerely can't thank you enough. I could elaborate but don't want others to expect this every time. Lovely people.

Rooms are as expected for a country style hotel. The place is well maintained and the food is fantastic.

Close to the train and Bundanoon village shops.

What an experience! Lovely old hotel, with heaps of charm. The staff are wonderful in that they are very obliging and friendly. We went with a group from the Maitland Classic Motor Association (NSW) and the service we were given in the three nights we stayed was nothing short of brilliant.

Had a Sunday night dinner here at Bundanoon Hotel and to say was surprised by the service and quality of the meal could not be stated highly enough. |The food was amazing with the crunchy potatoes, salad and the lamb was by far the best ever and topped of by the deserts which were spectacular.|Thank you Chef Hayden and the rest of the crew. You guys are the best of the best. |What an amazing experience.

Booked a table at the restaurant which is highly recommend as they can get very busy on the weekends.

Service was friendly and efficient. Food came out quickly even though a big table had ordered Infront of us; we were super impressed. Meals are huge and really tasty, wished we had space to try the desserts.

If you're in the area highly recommend!

Rooms tiny but clean and modern. No air-conditioning but heated. No flyscreens on the window. Ensuite adequate. Clean and fresh. Needed a shelf and hooks for towels.
Food meal size enormous. Great food. Nice places both inside and out to sit.

We booked 6 rooms - 3 family and the rest doubles , all with ensuites, to celebrate my 80th birthday with our 4 children and their partners, plus 7 grandchildren on what turned out to be a wet and cold dismal weather weekend. Despite this the whole weekend was just great - the rooms were quiet (except for occasional trains), warm with comfy beds and the bathrooms were just fine. |The banquet meal in a private room was more than excellent with generous servings of varied, interesting, delicious platters served by very helpful staff. We would recommend the chef Benn to anyone.|We were lucky to have access to a Guest Lounge which we monopolised for conversation, games and snacking for the whole family. The various bars and lounges, some with open fires, were also enjoyed at different times. Even the Gaming Room paid off.|Despite the weather there was something for everyone - interesting little shops, Exeter Markets, the Sunnataram Monastery and glorious Autumn gardens. There would have been even more opportunities had the weather not been so inclement.

A great country pub with great service and doing the classic pub food favourites and doing them well. A favourite place for us as our dog is part of our family and able to join us in the garden dining area.

A fund-raiser trivia night for the Lions Club.
Had a great dinner, Chicken Schnitzel! A huge meal!
The only feedback would be how loud and at times distorted the sound from the Compere was.
