Brightside Support Services has been impeccable to work with. It has been an absolute pleasure to send clients from Lifecraft Support Services there to further their skills and education. The program has delivered amazing results helping the participants career progression as well as creating a safe environment that fosters their social and communication skills to grow. This has resulted in astounding achievements of improved mental health that gives participants confidence to go out into the workforce, community and better their relationships with friends and family. Matt at Brightside has been an incredibly consistent role model and mentor for my son for many years now. Matt's calm and clear communication style, patient demeanor, solid advice and encouragement have had such a positive, steadying influence for my son.

It can be quite overwhelming and difficult to know which ndis services to access for loved ones. The fact that my son has successfully held employment for over five years can be fully creditted to Matt's guidance and work skills training.
