Bright Stars Kindergarten is sensational!
My 2-year-old has been attending Bright Stars for the past 12 months, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make him feel loved and safe. The learning environment is vibrant, engaging, and perfectly tailored for little ones to explore and grow.
I've seen such amazing development in my son– from social skills to confidence and creativity. It's clear that the team at Bright Stars genuinely love what they do, and it shows in the way they nurture and support him. I can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you, Bright Stars, for giving my child such a wonderful start ✨️ ❤️

My two boys age 2 & 5 LOVE going to Bright stars Kindergarten Cambridge Park… we recently moved to the area and we felt so welcome and at home - the staff are caring and take time to get to know each child and their needs and personality. Great learning engagements and so much effort put into the learning environment to enrich child development and learning 🙂

My eldest attended here for 2 years prior to Kindergarten and have recently enrolled our 2 year old, due to their ongoing care, lovely staff and cleanliness.
My son comes home happy and the Educators take the time to extensively advise how the day went and what was involved. They provide a wide range of activities and tasks throughout the day that are both educational and fun. The staff are actively involved with the children, ensuring their attention is shared amongst all, that the children are all having fun and most importantly that the children are safe.

Highly recommend. It's a beautiful place to send your children. Staff are always so friendly and the biggest reason I went with Bright Stars Cambridge Park was the learning process seemed so good, well it is!! Second year in and it's really great! I tell all my mum friends to send their kids here because my child is learning so much here! I shopped around for a place that ticked all my boxes and this hasn't disappointed!

Absolutely disgusted by the recent treatment of my son. We have been attending bright stars Cambridge park for 14 months now with no problems at all, but since recent management changes everything went down hill.

Firstly Chloe on the front desk is rude and speaks over you. She went ahead and diagnosed my son with special needs even though she is not qualified to do so. She has continually harassed me over the past few weeks for a letter stating he has special needs so that the centre can get funding to have him there and to get an extra staff member to “deal” with him.

My son has a speech delay and is going through a biting faze so for her to discriminate against him is absolutely unacceptable.

I was received phone calls every day he attended after him only being there for 1-2 hours saying he’s too naughty you have to come and collect him now. There was no communication from teachers as to what happened, what teachers tried to make do about the situation or anything. I just think it’s interesting that he can’t stay at school all of a sudden now that management has changed and looking at other recent reviews there seems to be a pattern.

Bright stars clearly has no time and patience for children who require a little more patience and understanding and are pushing them out if the centre. They can’t even contact me about my complaint even though I’ve left my details and asked them to be passed on to the owner.

You have failed my son and I will be taking matters further. I would look elsewhere for a quality centre for your children.

I have a 3 year old and 5 month old who have started at Bright Stars Cambridge Park and the team here are honestly fantastic!

I have been to other centres with our eldest who is now in kindy but we have never felt this happy and at ease before. From the moment I enquired about enrolment to our first day where educators took the time to introduce themselves and meet our little ones it was so reassuring and just nice to have such a smooth transition and experience.

My youngest has hip dysplasia and has to wear a brace, I was definitely nervous at first as she had just received the diagnosis a few days before starting at Bright Stars, but the Educators have been so understanding and supportive during her start to daycare and also with the brace she has to wear daily. They have not only made my daughter comfortable but me as well! Knowing that my daughter and son are in the best care with such a great team really puts my mind at ease.

Thank you to the amazing team here, we can’t recommend this centre enough!

They love going each day, all the educators are exceptional, welcoming and so lovely, they make the time to get to know each family and spend the time providing feedback about my children when required. If you have children with a disability, DO NOT send them to this centre. As a mother who knows the every day struggles with dealing with a child with a mental disorder, I am absolutely appalled that this centre terminated my child due to her behaviour issues. My children have been at this centre for 4 years and now that new management has taken over, they have decided to terminate my remaining 2 children. I know my children aren’t perfect, and I can tell you a lot of children in this centre aren’t. Your children will come home with bite marks, scratches and bruises from other kids and the occasional gash on the head. My issue is, I now have to try and explain to my child, who is only 4, why she can no longer go to school and see her friends. Try and explain that one!! DISGUSTING
