I had an absolutely atrocious experience with a competitor up the road, which resulted in a revolving door of cancelled payments, loss of support and a spiraling battle with depression. Covid not only made everything more difficult, but egregiously impacted my personal situation. I was at my end after 23 years of post injury torture, from changes in Workers Compensation, changes to Private Health Insurance, then finally 2 years of "Emergency Only" rejections from all and sundry. The only exception was finally having the ability to change providers. If it wasn't for Sean I don't think I would have been able to navigate all the channels and jump all the hurdles to finally be recognized and receive my DSP. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all your help and support!

Breakthru has given me so many opportunities in both education and career services. I have learnt so much through their free courses and have received so many resources and plenty of much needed help. However, i have a few suggestions - get google to take a new photo without the bus in front of the office as this makes it harder to find the exact address, include more stationery in the empty desks near the back as some of the clients may need to use the stationery, buy the right cups for the cup holder, include storage for the large glasses near the microwave, remove the menu for the cafe across the road or update and hang somewhere and include a projector in the main classroom that aligns with the rectangle on the wall. Keep up the good work!
