As a support providers view on this business they are quite unprofessional. Slow responses, weeks long.
When clients need help this is unacceptable.
Quality is lacking as it seems to be with a few Port Macqaurie coordination and management services.
Knowing some of the previous employees here I believe the management is the problem.
As a provider who tries to go above and beyond for their clients, it is disappointing that some of the other businesses in this field don’t seem to have the same passion and care for their work.
