Brain Builder is an amazing tuition for kids to learn and excel in Maths. Children can study in their own pace. Since each child is learning at a different levels, lessons are tailored to each individual child. They only moved-on once they understand the lessons. Shirlyn is caring and takes her time with the kids explaining Maths. She provides a brief feedbacks and suggestions to parents after every lesson so you will know what your child need to work on. My son’s Maths scores has improved a lot since he started, thanks to BrainBuilder. Most importantly, they make Maths fun and also challenging at the same time. I believe they strike a good balance.

Brain Builder focuses on mastery, not just learning for a test or an exam. Though, grades are important, for some kids who already receiving good grades is more important for them to learn topics in greater depth and hammer the maths skills for future lessons.

During the weekly class, kids don’t just learn equations to reach an answer, they also learn how the equation works.

Brain Builder introduces visual strategy to my daughter (model drawing) to bridge between concrete and abstract. I have noted that my daughter is more confident to comprehend multistep maths question as her model drawing skills grow. Brain Builder is unique in a way that it doesn’t overload the kids with lots of work, it provides them a strategy / key to understand and solve maths question.

I strongly recommend Brain Builder for all parents who want their children to be confident and competent to mathematics.

I think BrainBuilder Math is a fantastic program and it has different levels to meet the need from student. My daughter, Danielle, has been in BrainBuilder Math and English program since KG and now she is year 3 in the enrich class. She is always at the top of her class and I don't need to worry about her. I am very pleased to meet Shirley and Julia in BrainBuilder, and I think they are very good teacher as they always have a good strategy. I am highly recommended to other parents.

We have been attending BrainBuilder for 1.5 year and the teacher has been able to assist my son with developing his problem solving skills. Rather than only telling you the answer and one method in answering the question, Ms. Shirlyn teaches my son how to think critically and different ways to solve a question, and I think its important for kids in their learning process. She will also provide feedback to parents on how to assist your children to improve their knowledge and skills.

The positive impact Mr Lucky at Brain Builder has had on my year 7 daughter’s attitude and understanding of maths is far beyond my expectations. This impact is apparent after a few months of joining the program. My daughter disliked maths and had very low confidence in maths at the start of this academic year.
