2 of our children are currently attending Bowral Street. The centre is locally owned and operated with a hands on owner leading an incredible team. All of the staff have qualifications or are working towards completing one.
After having our children attend other local centers and personally inspecting most of the other child care facilities in the area while trying to find placement, I can hand on heart say this is the best childcare service available in the Southern Highlands and Surrounds.
The environment and educators are genuinely nurturing, our children have formed strong bonds with their educators. The education program is far superior to other centers we experienced. Our children came out of their shell and their development came on leaps and bounds within weeks of making the move to Bowral St.
the facilities are safe, modern, clean, light, open plan and not cluttered. They’re continually doing upgrades to infrastructure and introducing brand new resources and facilities.
Communication from the center is at a very high standard with real time updates on meals, toileting, sleeping, photos and stories about our children’s day. Anytime we have sent an email with questions we have always had same day communication back from either the owner or manager. We know that our children are safe, well cared for and happy when they are there.

We are so thankful that our 2 year old is going to Bowral Street Childcare. The educators are so kind, caring, happy and have made his transition into daycare an amazing one! The communication with the educators has been so reassuring - if my son is upset when I leave they let me know he is happy and playing 2 minutes after I leave. We also love the daily updates including pictures!
The indoor and outdoor spaces are wonderful and he especially loves the huge sandpit outside!

Bowral street is a beautiful centre with the most kind hearted and caring educators we have experienced. All of the educators have been supportive of our little one and his needs and we know he’s in safe hands when he’s there. Definitely recommended, if you are lucky enough to gain a placement!

Bowral Street Childcare is a wonderful center, with very caring and engaged staff. The inside spaces are lovely and clean, and they have a great undercover large outdoor space for the kids to play. The staff create lots of engaging activities for the children each day and provide lots of communication to the families into what is happening within the center. Highly recommend.

Bowral street childcare is the first early childhood service I have felt comfortable sending my children to. The staff are warm and welcoming and I know my children are safe and well looked after. Both my boys currently attend bowral street day care and have for the last year and a half.

We absolutely love the care and attention they receive. The centre is well staffed and they are so well looked after.
The outdoor space is amazing as well and the kids love having so much room to explore and play.
I cant wait for my daughter to attend next year as well!

Beautiful centre. Jess & Jess are amazing as are all the fabulous educators. Our son went here and settled in so quickly, and we are very happy to be sending our daughter now also. Love the use of hands on activities and the community garden next door. Great green space. Fancy new play area. It really has a great feel and a family personal touch.
