Great place to do a coffee training, had wonderful experience with the coffee class and teacher, teacher was very experienced and patience with us, there is a promotion on Groupon right now.

Very bad client service !!!!
The lady on the phone was rude !
I was asking questions about important information, and she was ennoyed at the first second, talked very disrespectfully and wanted to hang up as fast as possible.
I tried to call her back many times but she blocked my number.
I had to call with my friends phone many weeks later and act like I was a different person, she was still very disrespectful.

Finally got a response after trying to contact via email and phone multiple times. Posted a negative review and bang - response. Not really good enough. Training fine but communications need a LOT of improvement

I attended the barista course through a Group On coupon. The course itself was very informative and the instructor was very helpful with proper hands-on experience. The reason I'm giving this bad review is that the center did not care about social distancing rules followed by the entire state, and put more than 10 people in a small room for the course. You had to be cramped close to others when the instructor was explaining or even when you had the time to prepare the coffee on the machines. Also, no proper cleaning or sanitization of the cups was available, only water.

This place is great! Sam was our teacher for the day for the RCG course and he went into detail and explained each component in a very understandable way. I walked out of the course with soo much knowledge of Gambling, how it works and the pros and cons connected to it. Thank you for teaching myself and the class. I will becoming back if Sam teaches other courses!!

Completed the white card course, the course itself was ok and the teacher George was cool.
The admin side was not, I didn't receive the card for about a month and when called to find out they told me to wait longer, after 2 months i called them again saying I haven't received it they told me to chase it myself and wouldn't check for mistake in filing or anything. After some phone calls i found that they filed the papers wrong and my card went to South Australia, again training centre did not care
