Very happy with the course and the assistance offered by Trainer Matt, who is one of the friendliest people I’ve met. He took the time to stay behind and help my son through the exam, which was important because he struggles with dyslexia

Not good value for money at all.

I am happy with the content that is taught during the course. I am happy with the trainer. But…..

my mate who went to a different course was taught the theory and practical side of things on the boat so when the course is done he can get his license without the logbook part separate. He paid $370 I paid $320 so I can not recommend this place

Do not use this company unless you like to waste your time and money.
Should you ring to make any inquires they will mislead you into believing you need to do this course to get your boat licence. It is ridiculously priced. You can do to the same thing online at no cost. The $300 they charge does not include the cost of your licence, only the test, which actually costs only $30 at Service NSW.
If the customer service guy, who calls himself Jake takes your call he will entertain himself with wasting your time, going round and round in circles, but never actually helps you with your inquiry. The whole company lacks ethics!
No email is ever answered either.
They're all in it together. An absolutely con job!

Absolute rip off. Charged $260 per head for two adults and two children (their "discounted" rate) for a two hour course. Check out other courses on line, you can do the theory AND practical for $265

Extremely rude phone etiquette, didn't explain pricing properly, stated it is $5000, when questioned why it was that much, they hung up!
Would NEVER go for this company, if their communication is this poor through a phone, how do they expect to teach customers to drive a boat in person if they are that rude?

Don't bother they do not care about the customer outcome, tried to get a refund due to course cancellation as needing to get my sons boat license for Xmas present. They do not care, in fact told me bugger offto go to fair trading to sort it out.

Just got off the phone with Jake, AWFUL customer service. Jake was the rudest person I have ever come across!!! Belittled me over the phone and continued to be so rude. Defiantly don't recommend going here or even talking to them over the phone.
