Try to order a board from this company but been told off to go to other supplier because I have been shopping around to compare the price. The lady over the phone didn't want to take business at all. Really don't know in which way I upset this company. I quoted last year round September, due to project been delay, the order has been hold. This year want to put order through with different enquiry and want to confirm with them. This is what happened. " I know you are shopping around, then you should go to someone else" First time been told off because shop around to getting different quotes.
If this lady is the boss for this company. There is nothing I can say. Good luck for your business. If not, you really need to lift up your customer service. Your staff are turning away your customer.
