The worst college ever! It has been about 8 months since my early childhood diploma was canceled and my down payment was $1000 for COE. My consultant is also trying to contact your team and I have also contacted your team 2, 3 times earlier but I have not received any explanation and refund from your college. But now they have not received my calls and emails either..

I have completed Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality Management at Blue Bay College. College management, staff and trainers always provided the needed support.

I am shocked to see the reviews about forcing students to provide 5 star reviews. I have not provided any review on the college but still I got both of my Certificates. Because of the outstanding support, I have enrolled in another course at the college.

I encourage everyone to talk to the college management, staff and trainers to understand how helpful they're in supporting your study at the college.

Everyone here is so kind. I have yet to meet someone who is genuinely a mean person. From faculty to students, there is such a welcoming attitude given. You can talk to anyone and they'll be happy to converse with you. There's the perfect ratio of having fun and working hard to get good grades. Would highly recommend to anyone to apply here!

I’m a commercial cookery student. As yet, my experience with Blue Bay College has been great. The Student Services and Learning Support teams are dedicated to provide assistance, and they are very friendly and approachable. I’ve learned so much from them as they have provided me with useful insights and tremendous support that made living far away from home easier for me. This support had encouraged me to be independent and thrive academically. I’m glad and proud to be part of Bluebaycollege Parramatta. Excellent Staff with knowledge and skills.
Thanks

Worst college ever!!! I did Certificate III in Early Childhood and within 1 year, we were provided more than 5 different tutors. Worst management team! even if the student has cleared their fee already, then they write us a long paragraphs warning emails months before the due date, and without even checking properly.
Even though we were charged $50 to get the completion certificate, we were again asked to pay just for the First Aid Certificate. First Aid was one of the unit of our course. The fee we pay covers the fee for all the units, so why can’t we get our first aid certificate without paying money again. Disgusting. Worst experience ever.

If i had an option of zero star for this college, i would definitely go for that , the management and system of this college is worst, if it comes to fees they gone a sent you a long warning emails with out a 0 seconds delay but if it comes to our study things or any help from college you have to wait so long,
Even the placement centres , you have to find by yourself and when we asked “why college couldn’t manage placement places for students ?” , and in answer they told us they wants to make us independent, I would like to remind you dearManagement , we are international students and we are already independent . If you go to other colleges , they would find best placement centres for their students so please check before you enroll
You have to pay material fees but they will not provide you any study materials, moreover they asked 10$ in cash only for student id card which is very illegal
,
And When I went to college to get my certificate they charged me 50$ for certificate, and for first aid certificate they charged me 50$ extra ,
And just email us the certificate and make an excuse that we can’t give you hard copy as printer is not working’” and we will inform you when it started to work but after getting money they never called me back…..

As provid safety and first aid is included in child care course , they charged extra money for certificate i have never heard in any of the college that we need to pay for our certificate of first aid as we have already paid all tution fees.

And before giving certificate they sants student to rate 5 star and give a good review in google for their college and once you did it infront of them then only thy will give the certificate as there is no respect of our preferences that how we gonna review them , they did same with me and I wrote something good but actually i was not feeling good on doing that..

Neither you will get good education nor a good learning environment they just care about is money not your future so dear all students, my newcomers brother and sisters please don’t waste your time in this college ..
Hope this will save your valuable time and hard work money
Thank you!
