The Birdie Links Social Club has quite literally changed my life!! I had wanted to learn golf for years and finally did with Tammy Wong’s women’s programs at Barden Ridge. Once we were confident that we could hit the ball, Tammy encouraged us to go out on the course and have a go. Now, I’m having loads of fun playing once a week! The other ladies have been really positive and encouraging, and we are all building our skills and our confidence. Having such a great group of ladies to play with and having Tammy as a mentor has been an amazing experience!

Not only is Tammy is a terrific coach, she is incredibly passionate about golf which is very infectious and motivating.
If you are interested in playing in a group, Tammy has also created the Birdie Links social club which is a fun and welcoming environment. I thoroughly recommend Tammy as a coach and I would also recommend joining up for Birdie Links.

Took the opportunity during a break from work to sign up to Tammy’s beginners program, and then the on course bootcamp! Have loved learning the basics and rules of golf and I’m improving with every game.
I also joined the ladies social where we get to play with lovely and encouraging ladies each week at different locations.
So glad I signed up…highly recommend

I recently completed a full beginner course (over 8 weeks) with Tammy and can honestly say that for me - Tammy was able to not only get me consistently improving all aspects of my game but did so in a way that was easy to understand and honestly enjoyable. A true professional with a warm and caring approach to ensure you fully comprehend the reasons for the adjustments.

I would happily recommend Tammy - TW Golf Academy. She is a real asset to the game and someone who will improve your game if you’re lucky enough to have her guide you.

I have always wanted to play golf but didn’t know where to start. I did one of Tammy’s bootcamps and it not only gave me technique and confidence but it also gave me terrific social opportunities with wonderful women. I am still very much a 61 year old beginner but I am enjoying the challenge and the fun supportive community of women I get to spend time with.
