We went for a 10am 1h trail ride, was so beautiful and relaxing. The horses we so well behaved and friendly. Had some amazing instructors with us as well, so friendly and made sure we had a good time. Wish we booked for longer tho 1h goes so quickly when your having fun. Would definitely come again for sure!! Thanks Zoe for chatting with us while we rode we all had such a fun time.

What a magical place! It was absolutely beautiful ? Our kids loved all of the activities; mini golf, rock climbing, feeding the animals, kayaks, pedal boats and soo much more!!

The staff were also amazing! Soo kind and it was very obvious they love their job! Thank you for creating a beautiful place, we will be back!! ?

I visited Billabong Ranch expecting more activities, but it was quite disappointing. The journey there was challenging, with rough roads making the drive difficult.

I had hoped to go horse riding, but they only had two small ponies offering five-minute rides at 20 AUD per person. The horse trainer lady was friendly but old man was cold.
There was also a small, hand-made mud pool for canoeing, which felt underwhelming.

The overall atmosphere wasn’t great, and the staff weren’t very friendly, which made the experience less enjoyable. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend visiting.

I took my daughter for the second year in a row for a trail ride. We had a 2hr ride this time with Zoe, she was so lovely! She helped my daughter who is 11 and made her feel so comfortable on her beautiful horse Keira. The staff are so wonderful and even the food it great, try the BLAT sandwich! We will definitely be back again.

I went on the one hour horseback trail ride with a friend on a Saturday. Zoe was our guide with Maddy. It was such a fun and relaxing experience, mostly walking and some trotting. Zoe was very knowledgeable and the horses were well behaved. The scenery was lovely and staff very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this and I will be back for the two hour ride. After the trail we had lunch at the cafe, many thanks to Daniel and Julien. Couldn’t ask for a nicer outing. Thank you all.

We went for the 2 hour Goulden river trail ride with my partners family we all enjoyed it although some of us wish we were given more opportunities as it was 2 hours and had 1 minute maybe of a opportunity to trot. Overall Maddy and Zoe did an amazing job giving us some stories about the area and ensuring we’re all comfortable throughout.

Such a fun place and incredibly friendly staff. So many activities to keep everyone entertained. Camel rides a must! This is our second time back. Holidayed nearby specifically to visit Billabong again!

Had a great time trail riding with Ethan today, and the staff at reception was so accommodating as to allow me and my partner a 2-hour ride when they normally only do 1-hour rides during the week.
