First session back at the gym after a loooong break. First session ever of BFT. Frenchs Forest studio is first class. Superbly fitted. Good AV. Del (owner) is amazing. Kept an eye on my stats and my form to make sure I stayed in a good zone, didn’t go too hard and also had fun. Very welcoming first time experience for someone who’s not in their best shape (yet)! I would encourage anyone to give it a try, don’t worry about your fitness level or gym experience, the team will take care of you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
