Had dermaplanning on the 10/8 for the first time ever & it was the best experience, I felt refreshed & beautiful afterwards. Booked a facial for the first time ever for my partner & I this wk, we both loved our whole experience ☺️ I had also booked for my first ever lash lift & I will definitely make it a regular thing getting my lashes lifted now ? She completely brought out the shape of my eyes ? I've had a few people already compliment me & ask if I'm wearing fake eyelashes ☺️ I also had my first eyebrow lamination & it was also the best experience I've ever had & I also will be booking in for that again. She explained to me everything she was doing before she done anything, she made me feel safe the whole time & we also felt so relaxed. I will definitely go here again & will be booking in for friends & family ?

Had the most pleasant experience when we knocked on the door to see if the Academy did hair colour but they unfortunately didn’t but the owner took time out of her day to find us a hairdresser that could complete the tsk for my daughter for 16th birthday. Was also very nice that she complimented my daughter on her make up which she had done herself.
Highly recommend the Academy as they go above and beyond for everyone and anyone who needs help

I’ve been going to Viv for various beauty therapies (facials, skin needling, lash lift, brow lamination) and she is amazing! She is incredibly professional, explains everything thing she’s doing and is so warm and friendly! I highly recommend her & am so glad to have found her!
