My 85yr old mum went to Beatin Park Leaisure Centre last week for the first time. She was starting back into walking in the pool, but not having done it for a while, she over-exerted herself, resulting in her feeling really unwell. The staff were amazing in their care for her, one person drove her home in her car, while another person followed in their car. She spoke so highly of her entire experience there, from the moment she walked in - she is immensely grateful and looking forward to returning. I work really far away, so knowing that strangers took care of her in her time of need is wonderful, and I will be forever grateful. Thank you so much beautiful staff of Beatin Park Leaisure Centre!!!!!

Amazing space for all things athletic. Next to the tennis courts. No take away food spots at the venue so bring yr own from outside.

Usually our experiences here are very positive, particularly in regards to customer service. However today was an anomaly. I was charged $2.90 more than I should have to use the track. In short, the lady at the front desk, while polite, serving us communicated in a confusing manner, asking if I had a concession card, my father said I was a student and said how old I was when we first arrived, she asked then if we had a concession card and we said no (aren't concession cards for older people and those with a disability!!?)......baffled by the situation being charged much more than we had ever before, we went back to confirm at the end, and we discovered under 18s only pay $4.10 and despite my father stating that I was under 18 when we arrived, she said because we said we didn't have a concession card that we pay $7.00 each. I don't look like an adult, and despite stating I was a student she did the wrong thing and overcharged us. Didn't even offer to refund the $2.90. Being a business owner and having extensive work experience in a variety of roles within my business, I can safely say that this was very unprofessional.

To say disappointed is an understatement. Opening hours for the pool are listed on the website... sure, however 3 times now we have attended with excited children to use the pool but each time the pool is closed due to swimming lessons that aren't advertised.

Don't advertise the pool is open to public when it isn't... simple. The attitude on the staff when "informing" you of when the pool is closed was pretty disappointing as well.

Just do better.

-Most of the staff are supportive and nice especially George.
-Need to be clean more especially the shower/toilet, you can see the mould on the tiles.
-Sauna need to be clean and maintenance, it's old. Risk of infection there is high because alot of people coming and not very well clean
-Gym the machine are old and some of them the leather are broken

Very dated. Only the one pool exists that is shared and roped off for general swimmers, lap swimmers, swimming lessons, booked lane, aqua aerobics and more. The only good thing is, it has a roof but that I hear has to be replaced.

Great modern leisure centre, was great for kids sports carnival.....
