Amazing team at Bathurst Early Learning Centre! My daughter has been attending since she was 3 months old, all the staff are kind caring and helpful. They tend to all the children's needs. Cannot rate them enough!

We are so fortunate to have found Bathurst ELC. The staff are friendly, caring and most importantly our son loves attending. We are extremely happy with the effort they go to with their extra activities (date night/haircuts), daily updates through the Story Park app/Sandy's kitchen, Keeping parents updated with developmental milestones and what individual skills they are focusing on with my child. I feel very informed as a parent and if I ever did have an issue I feel as though I could raise it and be heard. Great team and leadership!

My son who’s 20months has gone to elc since September last year, it was a great school he was happy being there up until the 13th of July when 3 parents complained of him biting so they terminated his care without notice, the week before we were told they would work with us nothing about if he’s caught biting his care will be terminated, he wasn’t biting at home only at school so i don’t know why that would fall onto our fault, myself and my sons father tried to find a new one asap as we both work 5 days a week and no one to look after him which has since than put stress on the both of us and when we were looking we asked about their rules on biting, they told me they work with the parents they don’t terminate care and they have never heard of it before. We haven’t received our invoices from 2 months asked and they never gave us them, we tried to go in and get them they didn’t open the door to us. Towards the end everyone was extremely rude to us. We have since than made 4 complaints about money, biting, invoices and the overall rudeness that came from Mandy and the rest that worked in my sons room.

The staff are so lovely and have made us feel at ease right from the start. My son has been going here for over 2 years and have never thought to look for alternate care. There is always something on, like a special day, disco, date night, pirate visit or snake man visit. In addition, the centre organises hair cuts, dentist visits, speech visits too. BELC have a recycle Station, herb garden and send home treats, also providing dinner on occasion- the only thing they haven’t done is come to my house and wash up, wish I’m sure if I’d ask, they consider doing !!

Great Educators who genuinely care about the kids that attend. Fees are very reasonable and include nappies, food and great experiences. The implement a great education program and organise a lot of great visitors to attend the day care including things like animated dinosaurs, reptile shows, fire trucks etc. They also do events for parents such as trivia nights and date nights. Lauren and the team are just amazing and the facilities are fantastic!

The educators at BELC have been absolutely amazing! My little boy was a bottle refuser and they've managed to get him to take them. Any anxieties I might have had about starting him in daycare at 4 months are completely gone as he's so well looked after. Highly recommend!

i love this place, it treats all kids with respect, play with the kids, help them when they need help. the staff in this daycare are so good, they are super nice and sweet. this place is amazing. it is clean, they help with development, they will help your kids whenever.

Absolutely beautiful school. Always happy to have a chat, lovely staff who are willing to go beyond to look after your children. Recommend everyone to take their kids here when needing childcare!
