Barre Nation is a beautiful boutique studio that is calming, clean and spacious! Each instructor is highly experienced and they always make me feel safe in their care. I leave each class feeling stronger and positive!

They also have a great schedule with a variety of class options. I’m able to squeeze in a class before I start work which is hard to find in the mountains.

Barre Nation offers the perfect balance of full-body workouts, providing both motivation and challenge. After attending for over a year, I've seen significant improvements in my strength and mental health. I’m so glad I kept going. A beautiful studio that is so warm and welcoming. The instructors are so friendly & helpful. The lower mountains was missing a lovely pilates studio and BN has certainly filled that void! Every instructor I’ve had so far has been brilliant at catering for newbies and have a lovely calming presence about them. They’re also just such nice people to chat to. But don’t be fooled, they will give you a workout!! The studio is gorgeous and very aesthetically pleasing to be in.
For someone trying to obtain a greater sense of “community”, this has really helped me feel a bit closer and learn some new faces and names.

Barre Nation is a sanctuary that looks, feels and smells like what I wish my home did. The aesthetics and merch are chic and the attention to the little details are perfect - from the hair elastics (I ALWAYS forget mine), the Aesop hand cream and Le Labo soap to the thoughtful provision of fruity water and cold towel – it's the mini spa treat my budget never allows for.

But beyond the aesthetics, it's the heart of Barre Nation that keeps me coming back. The classes are consistently enjoyable, blending challenge and fun. What sets this studio apart is the community it fosters. Its the instructors and the people attending the classes that has also made every session a joy. The laughter and camaraderie create an environment that makes exercise feel less like a chore and more like a social event.

As a mother of four that works full time, finding time for myself is a rarity, and Barre Nation has become my cherished escape. Twice a week, I step into a space where I not only feel welcome but also genuinely enjoy the experience rather than feel obliged to attend for 'health'. In a year that has brought its challenges, this has been one of the greatest gifts of 2023.

Sure, I may wish for those elusive 10kg of post baby weight to disappear, but what Barre Nation has given me is far more valuable. I feel stronger, both physically and mentally, and I'm proud of myself for prioritising self-care and sticking to it. Thank you, Barre Nation, for being the highlight of my week and making it easy to sticking to my gym membership.

This place is friendly , warm and welcoming by all instructors . The classes are wonderful and cater to everyone at their own pace . Barre Nation has a warm and friendly environment . The instructors all want what is best for you , I never feel pushed at any time . It has a calm about it . ❤️.

Phenominal place to reset and do a workout. A variety of classes to cater to all levels. The instructors here are also all different but delightful. So I enjoy the variety as I get bored easily. So glad I joined. 😊
