Very nice staff however I am so disappointed as I originally applied early on (knowing childcare places are very scarce in our area) and was told to contact them closer to the time as it was too far in advance. I contacted them again 3 months out and went through their interview process, paid fee etc... to then find put there was no places available in my area and I'd have to be waitlisted (and I'm due to return to work now and still have no daycare). That was the whole purpose I contacted your team so much earlier for.. so very disappointed to have been misled here and wind up unable to access family daycare. So my review isn't so much for the service itself as I'd love to be able to use it - just very disappointed that my attempts to use it were futile in spite of my best efforts.
