I completed the Project Management Package - Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building), Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Contracts Administration), and Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) with Back to Basics over the past 2 years whilst working full-time.

The incredible team at Back to Basics always provided consistent support and feedback throughout my course. All Back to Basics staff are passionate about the industry, and regularly checked-in to see how I was progressing. Big shout out to my Student Support Officer Phil, I couldn’t have asked for a more dedicated, knowledgeable & patient person to help explain any question I had. And also a shout out to Cheree, Chris, Anthony, And Jason in the office.

Having just completed Cert IV Building and Construction (Construction) I am very happy with my experience at Back to Basics.
The flexibility of distance learning and the freedom to complete the modules around my workload made the program very accessible.
The modules were easy to follow and very well resourced but best of all was the availability of the support staff who always provided timely feedback and encouragement.
I would absolutely recommend Back to Basics to anybody looking to undertake training in this area

I recently completed the Builders Management Package; Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) and Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) with Back to Basics.

It was fantastic to be able to work at my own pace and during my own time without needing to have a set classes or deadlines which was why I chose this type of learning . The modules and material were set out in a clear and easy to follow manner.

The staff were fantastic, Chris and the team were always available to handle any queries and even followed up to give me that extra nudge to continue on when the team didn't hear from me for a while. Also, a huge thank you to Phil. Phil's knowledge, experience and willingness to help provided the perfect support required when carrying out any study via correspondence. Can't thank him enough for all the guidance he provided throughout the course.

I completed a course with Back to Business training and was very happy with the Team and overall support. They were always available to answer questions and review tasks. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and professional. The content of the course was relevant and interesting. Very supportive and helpful. The student support and staff were amazing in their help and answers to any questions and extremely responsive. They have the best course methods and allowed me to learn in my own time straight from PDF's.
There is unlimited attempts on tasks, Having the option to email drafts to student support before final lodgements is the best method for success and time constraints. This is much better than having course programs that lock you out after 2 attempts.
I will definitely be doing another course through B2B in the future.

Paid for course didn't finish within the timeframe to finish. Advised I would have to do the course again asked for full payment again. Asked for the discount. Not friendly and didn't want to help. A friend did same course with qualify me and completed it. My friend is neallly 80 years old and they helped him get it done.
