I was disappointed. I rang on a Friday to check to purchase an item the following day. The item was available and I was told the shop would be open 10am-1pm that Saturday. I got there at 11.30am to find the whole building locked up and no one there. No message on the gate. Phone not answered when rung. With traffic etc, one and three quarters of an hour of my time wasted. I bet the proprietor of the business would not have been impressed had someone wasted an hour and three quarters of his/her time.

These guys are very competitive on price and they have always been very responsive to our business needs.

They dont charge for local business delivery and usually deliver next business day (even sooner if you tell them its urgent!).
