The Female Specific Nutrition course was next level. The level of content included, and knowledge Amy has is literally mind blowing. I'm so thankful I invested in myself and did this course as I feel so much more confident with the additional knowledge I have gained. The support from Amy and Kayla is always there when needed and this is a community, I will always be a part of. Highly recommend this to anyone.

Kayla is such an AMAZING mentor and coach. The amount of knowledge that she has is incredible. However, that isn't the only thing that makes her great. What I absolutely love about her is how she is a leader. She represents and teacher her students so much more than just fitness. She teaches us how to grow!

Kayla is full of knowledge and is providing some great education in the health and fitness space. I really loved the course specifically due to the weekly topics where we are able to scratch the surface, as well as go in depth in to the essential components of physiology. Having access to the online portral was a game changer for my busy schedule. I could watch the replays and workshops each week to get the most out of the course. Highly reccomend to anyone in the fitness industry.

The AWPT 8 week course was phenomenal! I loved every week, the information was extensive but also easy to digest and the workshops helped to solidify and apply all the knowledge.
