Ash provided such a positive and supportive experience. The weekend allowed me to regroup and find balance. Ash’s yoga classes taught me the importance of being mindful of your breathing, your body and your soul. Being new to yoga, Ash taught me the importance of finding inner peace and how it’s ok to escape the busy world in order to find balance. The accomodation was tranquil and the food was outstanding. Ash is an amazing person with a kind and loving soul. She only wants the best for everyone and provided such a beautiful experience. Thanks, Ash. xx

Ash has made such a difference to my life. I started my yoga journey sceptical but now I am attending her classes twice a week and love them both! This studio is such a peaceful little haven. I joined the Sketch & Stretch event and it was a beautiful way to spend my afternoon. Ash’s approach to yoga is relaxed, supportive and honestly a lot of fun. The art portion of the event was a great opportunity to play around with some paints and be creative. I love what I walked away with at the end. I always leave this studio feeling so much better than when I entered. Highly recommend.

Awaken Health Wellness Yoga is such a cosy yoga space, and Ashlynn’s teaching style is so down to earth and inclusive, with a sprinkling of her wonderful sense of humour. I always feel so much better after an hour or two in her studio, often followed with a sweet little homemade treat as well. Thanks for what you do Ash!

Ash’s yoga classes leave you feeling grounded, centred and at ease. Her classes teach a great mix of flexibility, mindfulness and strength catering for all skill levels. I love the homey touches like the freshly brewed cup of peppermint tea and healthy treats at the end of the session. Highly recommend👌🏽

I had an amazing weekend away at the Wild Joy retreat in Bowen Mountain. Ash planned the weekend perfectly, providing many options for activities, a judge free zone, and flexibility to choose our own adventure. The food was absolutely sensational, and the location truly created a tranquil experience. Looking forward to the next retreat.

Enjoyed an amazing weekend at the Mudgee yoga retreat! Ash created a very chill and relaxing environment and really thought about the personal experience, I felt very pampered. Location was beautiful, delicious food and the itinerary was a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure! And of course there was lots of yoga. Highly recommend!
