If you attend your classes and listen well and do your assessment well, you won't have any trouble.
Some students seem to have no fingers. They beg for an assessment. If you go to this school, watch out for assignment beggars.

Each training chef has a different style, but some chefs are very strict, so when you share an assessment, both of you fail. This is too fair, I love it.

Of course, there were times when it was difficult because I didn't understand while studying, but when I looked back, the chefs tried to help me a lot and I think it was okay overall.
whatever you dont understand or dont know, ask your trainer. they always help you.

It's good to make coffee for free our self, but it's a shame that the price of the school cafe and restaurant has increased a lot.

I think the cost of paying is a little excessive if I miss 3 free submission opportunities and want to submit the 4th assignment because I have difficulty understanding the assignment sometimes.

Like many schools and agencies in Australia, I don't like the discount system for tuition fees that only some students have.
I didn't get a discount. But I think the education I received here was worth it.

I did my RSA here and I totally recommend it. Professor Greg is a wonderful person and got us all very comfortable during the whole time. We had a funny acting scenario related to Responsible service of alcohol and turned what usually is a massive class into something fun. I'll come back to do the barista course.

This review is for the fellow international student that is on the hunt for a culinary college in Sydney, this college has a couples of strong chef, trainer but a low standard student service.
This college office will give you a surprisingly unorganised and lowest standards of student service you can ever get in SYDNEY. A low understanding of English and Australian standards with a disgraceful experience of oldest school tactics.
So please students. Don’t waste any dollars to this college and look elsewhere!

I have been attending AIC college for several years and had a lot of difficulty during the covid term. However, student service guided me to have motivation and continued to study when i was struggling, especially Emmy and Chef Dom. They are really experts from their fields and helped a lot.
And they also guided me to apply Graduation visa with in very short time attending evening Ielts class. Believe or not i got the overall 6.0 in 3 weeks. 3 weeks ago my score was only 5.0. If you want to study Cookery or Study English AIC will be one of the best choices.
Thank you again, Chef Dom, Emmy and the chair man Marco.
