I am enrolled with AIM at present & since November have had nothing but issues & no real help with my learning which being online is challenging. I was informed of their amazing online help & continuous support yet the platform for learning is all over the place, complicated & the online forums a mess. Their student support via phone & email is a waste of time as there is nobody there to answer your calls when you really need the help. I regret signing up with them & would not recommend them to any adult student wanting to learn who works full time; they simply cannot cater for you.

They’ve got a good marketing department and sales team as for the rest of it I’m not so sure. My advice do your research, check the course with a fine tooth comb and make sure it’s right for you before the cooling off period ends.
