Deb is very friendly, she makes you feel right at home the minute you walk through the door. She is very informative, she speaks simple, clear, & concise English.
Carl, the assessor is equivalent. He is firm but fair. He is very knowledgeable in his field (he is a black belt ?). He will facilitate each individual in passing the theory n practical as long as you put in the effort.
Both of these guys are great, I definitely recommend for everyone. A big thumbs up ?

Deb is a great trainer. Very informative, patient and has a hands-on approach to practical training and very thorough in theory lessons.

Carl the assesor is great too. Very clear and concise with his instructions. Very friendly and approachable.

I would recommend them to anyone interested getting their forklift license.

Very professional, down to earth tutors and accessors (Deb and Carl) that focus on delivering the knowledge effectively, to make you succeed in your theory and practice tests. Convenient parking at the premises. Good training equipment and facilities. Its is also easy to get in touch with their friendly office staff to clarify any questions you may have along the way.
Definitely will be doing my refresher course when the time comes.

These guys really do go out of there way and try to help you as much as possible to pass your license, you can tell it's not about the fee and they genuinely want to help you. Deb the trainer and Carl the assessor both amazing teachers and both come armed with there own industry based knowledge and experience ?(don't ask who has more or it will be on) hahaha. But seriously very easy going genuine people, best place by far to do your forklift license.

Craig was a fantastic instructor! Very helpful and teached me so much about the forklift and safety of the forklift.

Carl was an amazing assessor. Very helpful and professional. Couldn't of wished for a better teacher!
